Project overview: In 2009, the municipal Party committee and municipal government of Harbin City decided to implement the development strategy of “North West Jump”and proposed to build seven centers which are administration center, technology center, financial center, culture center, education center, Olympic Sports Centre and tourist center etc, in which, the tourism industry is one of the pillar industries of Songbei District, which is also one of the key construction projects in the last three years.
The Sun Island Scenic Area is located in the center of Harbin City, which is a rare “City Island” and is named as national “AAAAA”-grade scenic spot. With its unique field scenery, snow culture, European atmosphere of northern area, the Sun Island is worldfamous, with a total planned area of 230 square kilometers. It is the essence of Songhua River Beli Wetland and ecological corridor, and is a beauty spot and a leisure paradise with unique northern characteristics. With perfect upgrading of old scenic spots and development and construction of new scenic spots, it will form “Ten Scenic Spots, 20 Main Features in Summer and in Winter” which is mainly focusing on wetland landscape. The Sun Island will be created as“ecological island, culture island, pleasure island and sleepless island” and a world-class scenic area. The project is located in the heart of tourist scenic spots of Sun Island Scenic Area with more than 70 constructed scenic spots, which have greatly improved appreciation and participation of scenic spots. The China-famous Snow Sculpture Exposition is located in it, which has formed a four-season traveling with unique characteristics. The number of annual tourists is up to 5 billion(person), and it is expected to break 10 billion (person) in 2012.
Investment and source: The Administration of Sun Island Scenic Area has 12 villas, taking up an area of about 2000 square meters, which will be occupied by Beer-city. Enterprises participating in this project shall sign a rental agreement with Administration of Sun Island Scenic Area, in which, the lease time is negotiated and determined by two parties.

Estimated economic benefit: The number of annual tourists of Harbin City is about 30 billion (person). Name of project: Russian Customs Park in Nangang District, Harbin
Content and scale of project: In order to protect historical features of core areas, the planning department of Harbin City takes 20 hectares area surrounding the central area into planned development area of this project with effective control, which is planned in unified way and is developed by stages. We will carry out protective development of architectures with typical Russian style in streets, creating a modern, green, smart, international modern-city comprehensiveservice functional area integrated with business, catering, entertainment, culture, leisure, tourism, high-end housing etc.
Project overview: This planned development area is mainly used to be the residential area for Middle East railway workers in 1920s and 1930s, meanwhile, it gathers a large number of Russian immigrants, Russian businessmen, with more than 150,000 Russian immigrants living and working here by then, therefore it retains a large number Russian and European architectures. There are 55 buildings with completely-reserved Russian-custom(the most of which are Russian villas and manor buildings. Some buildings are comparable with stationed institutions of other countries in Harbin at that time. The style of architectures is unique, and the craft of architecture is excellent. The whole area is filled with rich exotic sentiments, giving out a strong smell of foreign culture.
Investment and source: Total investment of the project is US$43.92 million, including US$10.25 million for start-up capitals, with the ratio of bringing-in investment negotiable.

Project overview: The total area of occupied-land is 2900 hectares. The project is located in eastern part of Hulan District, the intersecting place of Hulan River and Songhua River. The land area is 80 square kilometers, and the water area is 50 square kilometers. We shall build “Moon Bay”tourist area by the conception of “one island, one bay” on the Songhua River, with the theme of moon, highlighting “moon culture” to create an unique scenic spot over Songhua River on the opposite of Harbin“Sun Island”. According to functional divisions, we divide the project into “one lake, one town, one bay, five areas” space layout structure, to construct the No.1 recreational harbors on Songhua River and “ice-city summer-capital” international holiday resort which is integrated with waterfront tourism, on-water relaxation, ecological recreation, fashion sports, health preservation, conference reception, romantic vacation etc. Estimated investment and source: Total investment of the project is US$200 million, with US$146 million from investment, and US$50.51 million raised by the company itself.

Content and scale of project: The number of raised deer has reached over 6,500. It includes deer-house construction, construction of holiday resort basic reception facilities and constructions of related infrastructure, comprehensive entertainment facilities, office buildings etc.
Project overview: In China, deer, due to their beautiful appearance and rare product with magical effects have become a rare animal worshiped by people. Chinese medicine thinks that every parts of deer body are treasures. Upon thousands of years of application and practice, it is proved that deer products have a health-care function of longevity. For example: modern medicine, upon experimental tests, thinks that antler nutrient solution contains 18 kinds of amino acids and a variety of active substances. Cell culture shows that it can effectively kill white blood cancer cells. However, promotion of deer is not enough and insufficient. In the flood of fake health-care products, the authentic deer product and health-care products are also drowning, due to which, we need to vigorously promote health-care, anti-cancer, health-preservation value of deer products, so that people will dare and know how to eat deer products and deer meat. It is for sure that deer products should be developed in the processing direction of popularization and serialization, so that it will be easier to apply, and the consumer market will be enlarged, to build a foundation for further-construction of indoor characteristic high-end ecological tourism park.
