目的 探析小儿手足口病感染防控中个性化护理的实施效果.方法 选择我院收治的小儿手足口病患儿100例,以随机分组原则均分为两组,每组各50例,对照组以常规护理为主,观察组以个性化护理为主,对比两组护理效果.结果 观察组感染率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿平均病情恢复时间与住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05).结论 小儿手足口病患儿接受个性化护理干预,可降低感染率,促进病情早日恢复,推广价值较高.
