以无菌水为对照,以ND种衣剂及另五种新型种衣剂为处理,通过抑菌试验、有重复二因素方差分析及多重比较初步研究了六种衣剂对大豆根腐病菌——尖孢镰刀菌(F.oxysporum)的抑制效果。结果表明:化控种衣剂Ⅰ对大豆根腐病菌具有明显的抑制作用,其效果略好于ND种衣剂;生物化控种衣剂Ⅱ对大豆根腐病菌具有抑制作用,但效果不佳。
With sterile water as control, ND seed coating agent and five new seed coating agents were treated by antibacterial test, repeated two-factor analysis of variance and multiple comparison preliminary study of six kinds of coating agent on soybean root rot bacteria - Inhibitory effect of F. oxysporum. The results showed that the chemical control seed coating I had a significant inhibitory effect on the pathogen of soybean root rot, and its effect was slightly better than that of the ND seed coating agent. The biological control seed coating Ⅱ had an inhibitory effect on soybean root rot but had a poor effect .
