孕妇36岁,G1P0,早孕期(7周)超声检查诊断为单绒毛膜双胎。该孕妇不孕8年,本次妊娠为体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF),共种植两个受精卵。第二次超声检查(11周)发现为单绒毛膜双羊膜囊三胎。偏左侧羊膜囊内为一外观正常胎儿(胎1,顶臀长46mm);偏右侧羊膜囊内包含一正常胎儿(胎2,顶臀长42mm)及一疑似死胎儿(胎3,顶臀长16mm,未见胎心胎动)。胎1与胎2间可见菲薄隔膜,双侧
