企业思想政治工作是研究职工政治思想行为的活动规律,提高人们认识和改造能力的一门科学。我党历来重视思想政治工作。早在十一届六中全会通过的《关于建国以来党的若干历史问题的决议》中就充分肯定了毛泽东关于“政治工作是一切经济工作的生命线”的论断,并进一步指出“思想政治工作是经济工作和其他一切工作的生命线”。在当前形势下,企业要想随着改革开放的深入不断扩大,在市场竞争中立于不败之地,思想政治工作的地位及作用更为明显,它关系到企业能否增强职工的主人翁意识,关系到能否进一步增强企业的整体战斗力,是企业在机遇与挑战中求发展的关键。
