1998年5月30日端午节,三三九乘元功第三届零态师资代表大会、三三九乘元功和第二届零态学术研讨会暨三三九首届屈原文化零态研讨会在四川南充市龙门镇指路碑屈成春三三九乘元功学校隆重举行。来自全国各地的气功师代表、有关专家、学者、企业家、厂长、经理等1300余人参加了大会。南充市各级党政部门,四川省气功科研会等单位有关领导以及《经济日报》社等新闻媒体的记者共50余人出席了大会开幕式。 开幕式上,南充市高坪区常务副区长任晓春代表当地政府对大会的隆重召开表示了热烈的祝贺！四川
On May 30, 1998, the Dragon Boat Festival, March 29, and September 30th Yuanyong Third Zero Teachers’ Congress, March 29th Yuankuang Power and the 2nd Zero-State Symposium and 399 First Quyuan Cultural Zero State Symposium Nanchong City, Longmen Town, Nanchong City, pointing out the monument Qu Chengchun thirty-nine by Yuan Gong School was held. More than 1,300 Qigong masters, experts, scholars, entrepreneurs, directors and managers from all over the country attended the conference. More than 50 journalists from the Party and government departments at all levels in Nanchong City, the Qigong Research Institute in Sichuan Province, and other news agencies including the Economic Times and other news media attended the opening ceremony of the conference. At the opening ceremony, Ren Xiaochun, executive vice mayor of Gaoping District, Nanchong, expressed his warm congratulation on behalf of the local government for the grand opening of the conference.
