目的:测定壮骨口服液中黄芪甲甙的含量。方法:高效液相色谱法,C_(18)(250 mm × 4.6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水(l:2.1),检测波长203 nm,样品用水饱和的正丁醇萃取。结果:黄芪甲甙的进样量在1.044～10.44μg范围内有良好的线性关系,r=0.9995,加样回收率为99.3％,RSD 2.0％。结论:该法简便,准确可靠,可用于本品的质量控制。
Objective: To determine the content of Astragaloside in Zhuanggu Oral Liquid. Method: HPLC, C 18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) as the column, mobile phase of acetonitrile-water (l:2.1), detection wavelength of 203 nm, sample saturated with n-butanol . Results: There was a good linearity in the range of 1.044～10.44 μg for the injection of astragaloside, r=0.9995. The recovery rate of the addition was 99.3% and the RSD was 2.0%. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and reliable and can be used for quality control of this product.
