目的探讨高频彩色多普勒显像(CDFI)超声和红外光乳腺扫描联合应用检测乳腺良恶性肿瘤的价值.方法从来院就诊的乳腺病患者中筛选出460例患者,将其随机分为两组检查,高频超声组(Ⅰ组)230例,高频彩超+红外光扫描组(Ⅱ组)230例.并经手术后病理证实,进行回顾分析.结果Ⅰ组乳腺癌88例,其中浸润性导管癌42例,腺癌40例,髓样癌6例,其他良性乳腺疾病142例(其中纤维瘤86例,腺病结节46例,脂肪变性2例,慢性炎症8例).除其中2例与病理诊断不符外,总符合率为99%(228/230).Ⅱ组乳腺癌92例,其中浸润性导管癌42例,腺癌42例,髓样癌6例,其他乳腺疾病140例(其中纤维腺瘤38例,脂肪变性2例,腺病结节44例,慢性炎症8例).与病理对照检出率100%(230/230).结论高频彩色多普勒显像(CDFI)超声和红外光乳腺扫描联合应用检测乳腺良恶性肿瘤,提高了诊断的符合率,对临床手术有一定的指导意义.
Objective To investigate the value of high frequency color Doppler imaging (CDFI) combined with infrared mammary scan in the detection of benign and malignant breast tumors.Methods 460 cases of patients with mastopathy were randomly divided into two groups 230 cases of high-frequency ultrasound group (group Ⅰ) and 230 cases of high-frequency color Doppler ultrasonography (group Ⅱ) were retrospectively analyzed.Results 88 cases of breast cancer in group Ⅰ were infiltrated 42 cases of sexual ductal carcinoma, 40 cases of adenocarcinoma, 6 cases of medullary carcinoma and 142 cases of other benign breast diseases (including 86 cases of fibroma, 46 cases of adenosis, 2 cases of steatosis and 8 cases of chronic inflammation) .In addition to 2 cases were not consistent with the pathological diagnosis, the total coincidence rate was 99% (228/230) .Two groups of breast cancer in 92 cases, including invasive ductal carcinoma in 42 cases, adenocarcinoma in 42 cases, medullary carcinoma in 6 cases, other breast diseases 140 (Including 38 cases of fibroadenoma, 2 cases of steatosis, 44 cases of adenosis nodules, chronic inflammation in 8 cases) .Conclusion The detection rate of the pathology was 100% (230/230) .Conclusion High-frequency color Doppler imaging (CDFI) ultrasound and infrared light breast scan combined detection of benign and malignant breast tumors to improve the accuracy of the diagnosis of clinical surgery has a certain significance.
