磷酸苯丙哌啉与树脂的交换动力学研究

目的 研究磷酸苯丙哌啉药物树脂交换动力学。方法 以磷酸苯丙哌啉为模型药 ,以强酸性苯乙烯系阳离子交换树脂(0 0 1× 7)为载体 ,采用静态法制备药物树脂 ,考察树脂粒径、反应温度、药物浓度对交换过程的影响 ,并对交换动力学曲线进行了拟合 ,考察了不同条件下药物树脂交换反应速率常数和活化能。结果 树脂粒径越小 ,反应温度越高 ,药物浓度越高 ,交换进行得越快 ,达到平衡所需时间越短。交换反应活化能约为 5 0kJ·mol-1。结论 药物与树脂的交换过程受树脂粒径、反应温度、药物浓度的影响 Objective To study the exchange kinetics of benproperine phosphate resin. Methods Phentermine was used as a model drug and the strong acid styrene cation exchange resin (0 0 1 × 7) was used as a carrier to prepare drug resin by static method. The effects of resin particle size, reaction temperature and drug concentration on the exchange process The exchange kinetic curves were fitted and the rate constants and activation energies of drug exchange reaction under different conditions were investigated. Results The smaller the resin particle size, the higher the reaction temperature, the higher the drug concentration, the faster the exchange progressed and the shorter the time required to reach equilibrium. The exchange activation energy is about 50 kJ · mol-1. Conclusion The drug-resin exchange process is affected by resin particle size, reaction temperature and drug concentration
