目的:通过检测乌鲁木齐市维吾尔族、汉族低出生体重儿脐血血清总甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、总甲状腺素(T4)及促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平,探讨T3、T4及TSH水平对胎儿生长发育的影响。方法:应用电化学发光法测定23例维吾尔族和24例汉族低出生体重儿脐血血清T3、T4及TSH水平,并与同期在该产科出生的68例正常出生体重儿脐血血清T3、T4及TSH水平进行比较。结果 :维吾尔族低出生体重儿平均体重低于汉族低出生体重儿平均体重(P<0.05);维吾尔族低出生体重儿脐血血清T3、T4水平低于汉族低出生体重儿脐血血清T3、T4水平(P<0.05);维吾尔族、汉族低出生体重儿脐血血清T3、T4水平均低于正常出生体重儿脐血血清T3、T4水平(P<0.05),其脐血血清TSH水平均高于正常出生体重儿脐血血清TSH水平(P<0.05);维吾尔族与汉族正常出生体重儿脐血血清T3、T4水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但脐血血清TSH水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :新生儿甲状腺功能与出生体重有关,甲状腺激素水平低下可能是发生低出生体重儿的原因之一。
Objective: To detect the levels of total thyroxine (T3), total thyroxine (T4) and thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) in umbilical cord blood of Uygur and Han Chinese with low birth weight in Urumqi, The impact of growth and development. Methods: The serum levels of T3, T4 and TSH in cord blood of 23 Uighurs and 24 low birth weight infants in Han nationality were measured by electrochemiluminescence method. The levels of T3, T4 and TSH in cord blood of 68 normal birth weight And TSH levels were compared. Results: The average body weight of Uighur low birth weight infants was lower than that of Han low birth weight infants (P <0.05). The Umbilical cord blood serum levels of T3 and T4 in Uighur low birth weight infants were lower than that of Han low birth weight infants cord blood serum T3, T4 levels (P <0.05). The levels of serum T3 and T4 in cord blood of Uighur and Han children with cordless blood were lower than those of cord blood with normal birth weight (P <0.05), and both cord blood serum TSH levels (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in serum T3, T4 levels between Uygur and Han normal birth weight infants (P> 0.05), but serum cord blood TSH The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The neonatal thyroid function is related to birth weight. The low level of thyroid hormone may be one of the causes of low birth weight infants.
