斯氏狸殖吸虫动物模型的研究

斯氏狸殖吸虫囊蚴经口感染家兔、小鼠、豚鼠和大鼠,25~120d分期解剖。重点观察肺部虫囊有无成虫及虫卵,以寻求适宜的宿主作为斯氏狸殖吸虫的实验动物。检查结果家兔、小鼠和豚鼠在接种后死亡甚多。均未查到成虫,仅见童虫。接种38只大鼠,感染60d即在肺部出现虫囊;感染90d及110d的肺部虫囊检出童虫及少部分成虫;感染120d时,87.5%虫体成熟,且成虫及卵的形态与感染犬体的斯氏狸殖吸虫的形态相似。提示大鼠是建立斯氏狸殖吸虫动物模型的理想动物。 Sturgeon genitalium metacercariae infected rabbits, mice, guinea pigs and rats, 25 ~ 120d stage dissection.
