腰轮流量计是计量原油体积的计量仪表,其误差曲线由检定流量计所得,而相邻两次检定流量计所得的误差曲线是不同的,即误差曲线发生移动,这样对原油计量的准确性产生影响。为了提高计量的准确性,避免误差曲线大幅度移动,用定性分析方法分析了腰轮流量计误差曲线移动的原因。发现主要原因有:①流量计漏流量的影响;②检定系统工艺流程的影响;③标准体积管内壁结蜡及环境温度的影响。建议采取如下措施:①缩短流量计的检定周期;②使检定工艺流程满足检定系统的要求;③检定前对体积管进行清蜡处理;④对体积管进行保温。
