1.改进前的增压方案目前,市场上的中型挖掘机液压系统大都配有手动增压功能,如图1所示。其主要由主泵(1、2)、先导泵3、单向阀(4、5)、溢流阀6、油箱7、电磁阀8、开关9和控制器10组成。当挖掘机遇到挖不动的物体时,驾驶员按下先导手柄上的开关,控制器就会将电磁阀8打开,先导泵3的先导油路接通溢流阀6的控制端。溢流阀6控制端接通油路后,其开启压力提高2MPa,挖掘机液压系统的最大压力也增加2MPa,这样便可使挖掘机的最大挖掘力增加。手动增压方式的不足在于存在时间上的滞后和能量的浪费,而目增压频繁时驾驶员的劳动强度很大。
1. Pre-boost program At present, most of the medium-sized excavator hydraulic systems on the market are equipped with manual boost function, as shown in Figure 1. It mainly consists of main pump (1, 2), pilot pump 3, check valve (4, 5), relief valve 6, fuel tank 7, solenoid valve 8, switch 9 and controller 10. When the excavator encounters the dug object, the driver presses the switch on the pilot handle, the controller opens the solenoid valve 8, and the pilot oil path of the pilot pump 3 connects to the control end of the relief valve 6. After the control valve of relief valve 6 is connected to the oil passage, its opening pressure is increased by 2MPa and the maximum pressure of excavator hydraulic system is also increased by 2MPa, so that the maximum digging force of the excavator can be increased. The disadvantage of manual pressurization method lies in the lag of time and the waste of energy, and the driver’s labor intensity is high when the supercharger is frequent.
