就在几年前,湘潭烟草的一些员工还有这样的思想:“少干事少出事,不干事不出事”、“不求过得硬、只要过得去”。当时,工作行为不够规范,工作目标不够具体,工作职责不够明确,“大锅饭”和“平均主义”是湘潭烟草普遍存在的问题。今年春节过后,我们来到湘潭烟草,在走基层、访员工、看现场的过程中,发现如今湘潭烟草干部职工的精神面貌和工作态度
