根据河南省疾病预防控制体系建设情况专项调查结果,分析了2007年平顶山市、县、乡三级疾病预防控制体系的人力资源、房屋基础建设、财政拨款及支出、实验室设备及开展检测工作等情况。结果表明:全市疾控人员整体超编,但乡镇仍有空缺;人员结构不合理,普遍缺乏高技术人才;经费投入少,业务经费极少;办公用房基本保障,实验室建设及检测能力有待提高;此外,没有建立人员培训机制以及设备的补给运行机制。
According to the results of a special survey on the construction of disease control and prevention system in Henan Province, the paper analyzed the human resources, housing infrastructure, financial appropriation and expenditure, laboratory equipment and testing work carried out in the disease prevention and control system at the level of cities, counties and towns in Pingdingshan in 2007 Happening.
