研究茂金属聚乙烯(mPE)对高流动聚乙烯(HDPE)流变行为、结晶性能和力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着mPE含量增加,共混熔体的表观黏度逐渐升高;温度升高,表观黏度下降,加工性能改善。不同共混比例下结晶度和物理机械性能也发生了变化。当mPE质量含量为10%~15%时,茂金属聚乙烯/高流动聚乙烯共混体系的非牛顿流动行为指数(n)最大;当mPE用量达15%~20%时,共混体系的结晶度最高,综合力学性能最优。
The effect of metallocene polyethylene (mPE) on the rheological behavior, crystallinity and mechanical properties of high flow polyethylene (HDPE) was investigated. The results show that with the increase of mPE content, the apparent viscosity of the blended melt gradually increases. With the increase of temperature, the apparent viscosity decreases and the processing performance improves. The crystallinity and physical mechanical properties also changed under different blend ratios. When the mPE content is 10% ~ 15%, the non-Newtonian flow behavior index (n) of the metallocene polyethylene / high flow polyethylene blends is the largest. When mPE content is 15% ~ 20% The highest degree of crystallinity, the best comprehensive mechanical properties.
