目的:探讨临床信息对影像医师CT报告的影响。方法:选取2016年1~8月医院80例CT扫描患者作为研究对象,分别采用盲法了解每位患者的基本信息,然后选取3位不同影像医师中的两位,对CT患者的基本信息进行判读,并作出相应的CT报告。结果:80例CT扫描患者中,分别进行头部、胸部、腹部、盆腔等部位进行CT扫描检查,其中31例患者在了解其临床信息后,发生了CT报告的更改。结论:患者临床信息会对影像医师CT报告结果产生一定影响,甚至改变其结果,为保证临床检验的准确性,检查及报告实施过程中,影像医师需要充分结合临床信息与CT诊断,也要不断提高自身专业水准,提高影像诊断报告的准确率,继而指导临床医师更好地诊断和治疗。
Objective: To investigate the influence of clinical information on CT reports of imaging doctors. Methods: From January to August 2016, 80 patients with CT scan were selected as study subjects. Blind method was used to understand the basic information of each patient. Then, two of the three different imaging physicians were selected to carry out the basic information of CT patients Interpretation, and make the appropriate CT report. Results: Eighty patients with CT scan were examined by CT scan in the head, chest, abdomen and pelvis, respectively. Among them, 31 patients underwent CT scan after understanding their clinical information. Conclusion: The clinical information of patients may have some influence on CT report results of imaging doctors, and even change their results. In order to ensure the accuracy of clinical examination, imaging physicians need to fully integrate the clinical information and CT diagnosis in the process of implementation and examination. Improve their professional standards, improve the accuracy of diagnostic imaging reports, and then guide clinicians to better diagnosis and treatment.
