To this end, the Ministry of Materials has organized the development of the Hiragz thermal resistance gauge. After more than a year of development, ultra-fine tungsten filaments that are ten times thinner than the hair filaments have been used to replace the gauge wires of the original West German Hiraz Company’s thermal resistance gauge. A large number of tests have proved that the performance index of the super-filament substitution is: the measurement upper limit of 10~4Pa(100) is 10~(-1)Pa (about 10~(-3)).
