介绍一种处理氨碱废渣液的新型工艺。本工艺是对制盐、制碱两大系统的资源进行整合、利用。利用来自制盐系统的制盐冷凝水对氨碱废渣液进行第一次清洗,清洗出的母液可直接去矿山采卤;用工业水对废渣液进行二段、三段清洗,出来的清液回纯碱石灰车间进行化灰;清洗得到的固体砂粒可作为建筑用材料。此工艺对两大系统的废弃资源进行整合利用,特别是对氨碱废液进行分级处理,变废为宝,即减轻了企业的环保压力,又使氨碱废液得到了资源化利用,增加了企业的收益。
