合金中测定硼大多数采用分光光度法,如:次甲基蓝—二氯乙烷萃取比色,石英蒸馏器蒸馏分离硼姜黄素比色等法均要求分离,条件较严,且只适用于测定微量硼。本文研究了在硫酸介质中,胭脂红和硼形成紫红色络合物,在高碳,高硅和大量其它离子共存条件下,直接测定高量硼获满意结果。本方法简单快速,不仅适用于钻基合金,同时也适用于镍基合金小0.5~3%高量硼的测定。

The method is simple and fast, not only suitable for drilling base alloy, but also suitable for the determination of high boron content of 0.5-3% of nickel base alloy.
