对67例急性白血病(50例初发病例,17例化疗后完全缓解CR者)检测血液中钙、磷、镁、锌、铜、铁、锰、铬、铅、钒、铍、钛、钴以及镍等14种元素的含量,并与40例正常对照组进行比较,结果初发病例血钙、钢、铅、钒、镍以及铜/锌比值增高很显著;而锌、铁与铬则降低非常显著;其他元素无明显改变。与CR 1年以上者进行比较,发现后者锌、铁与铬增高非常明显;而镍显著降低;说明随CR时间的延长元素的含量有所恢复。同时发现铬/镍比值与铜/锌比值一样,有可能成为提示疗效与预后的指标;而伴血钙显著增高者预后较差。
