目的 检测血管内皮生长因子 (vascularendothelialgrowthfactor ,VEGF)、表皮生长因子受体 (epidermalgrowthfactorreceptor ,EGFR)及p16在唇癌及口腔鳞癌组织中的表达分布特征 ,探讨其在癌发生发展中的作用及临床病理意义 ,为唇癌及口腔鳞癌的抗血管生成治疗提供临床病理学依据。方法 应用免疫组化LSAB法检测 6 9例唇癌及口腔鳞癌组织中VEGF、EGFR、p16蛋白的表达及变化。结果 唇癌及口腔鳞癌VEGF、EGFR、p16蛋白表达率分别为 71 0 1%、46 37%及 2 8 98%。不同部位唇癌及口腔鳞癌组织间VEGF、EGFR、p16阳性表达率差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 ) ;VEGF在唇癌及口腔鳞癌与非瘤组织中的阳性表达率分别为 71 0 1%、10 0 0 % ,二者差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ;VEGF、EGFR、p16在唇癌及口腔鳞癌组织中的阳性表达无明显相关 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 唇癌及口腔鳞癌组织中VEGF、EGFR、p16之间蛋白表达无相关 ;VEGF在非瘤组织与唇癌及口腔鳞癌中的表达率差异有显著性 ;VEGF在唇癌及口腔鳞癌发生发展中起重要作用 ,可作为有用的标志物。
Objective To investigate the expression and distribution of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and p16 in lip and oral squamous cell carcinoma, and to explore its role in carcinogenesis and clinicopathology Significance, for the lip cancer and oral squamous cell carcinoma of the anti-angiogenesis therapy provide clinicopathological basis. Methods Immunohistochemical LSAB method was used to detect the expression of VEGF, EGFR and p16 in 69 cases of lip cancer and oral squamous cell carcinoma. Results The expressions of VEGF, EGFR and p16 in lip cancer and oral squamous cell carcinoma were 71 0%, 46 37% and 28 8% respectively. There was no significant difference in the expression of VEGF, EGFR and p16 between different tissues of lip cancer and oral squamous cell carcinoma (P> 0.05). The positive rates of VEGF in lip cancer and oral squamous cell carcinoma and non-cancerous tissues were 71 The positive rates of VEGF, EGFR and p16 in oral squamous cell carcinoma and oral squamous cell carcinoma had no significant correlation (P> 0.05) . Conclusion There is no correlation between the expression of VEGF, EGFR and p16 in lip cancer and oral squamous cell carcinoma. The expression of VEGF in non-cancerous tissue and lip cancer and oral squamous cell carcinoma has significant difference. The expression of VEGF in lip cancer and oral squamous cell carcinoma Occurrence of development play an important role, can be used as a useful marker.
