目的:观察愈脑丹结合西医常规治疗急性进展型脑梗死的疗效。方法:将急性进展型脑梗死患者96例(病程大于6h,不超过72h),随机分为治疗组和对照组各48例。对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在西医常规治疗基础上,加用愈脑丹(由倒扣草、益母草、地精草、茯苓、水蛭、三七、石菖蒲、土鳖、红景天、前仁、胆南星、西洋参等组成),口服或鼻饲。结果:治疗组疗效总有效率95.8%,优于对照组77.0%(P<0.01),神经功能缺损评分治疗组5.37±7.58优于对照组11.96±7.76(P<0.05),中医症候疗效比较,治疗组有效率89.6%优于对照组77.1%(P<0.05)。结论:愈脑丹治疗急性进展型脑梗死疗效肯定。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of Yudongdan combined with Western routine treatment of acute progressive cerebral infarction. Methods: 96 patients with acute progressive cerebral infarction (duration of more than 6h, no more than 72h) were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 48 cases. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine. The treatment group was treated with conventional treatment of western medicine, and the treatment group was given Yandaopodiandi (consisting of Inverted Grass, Motherwort, Gynostemma, Poria, Leech, Panax, Sweet Grape, Rhodiola, , Gall Southern Star, American ginseng and other components), oral or nasal feeding. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.8%, which was significantly better than that of the control group (77.0%, P <0.01). The score of neurological deficit score was 5.37 ± 7.58 in the treatment group (11.96 ± 7.76, P <0.05) The effective rate of the treatment group was 89.6%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (77.1%, P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of acute cerebral infarction Yamdan positive effect is sure.
