为探讨响应滞差作为一种度量植物耐旱性指标的可能性。选择两个杨树无性系,群众杨44和欧美杨25/86,应用多因子试验,研究在水分胁迫和不同温、湿条件下净光合速率(Pn)与对光量子密度(I)以余弦波形式连续刺激下的滞差响应。应用谐波分析法估计滞差的时间。结果表明,随着胁迫程度的加深,Pn与I的关系由线性相关逐步转为非线性关系,滞差时间由短变长,温度、湿度对这种变化有一定影响。响应滞差(Δt)及Pn与I的相关关系与无性系的耐旱性有一定关系。因此,响应滞差有可能成为度量杨树无性系耐旱性的指标,用于无性系筛选。
To explore the response lag as a measure of the possibility of drought tolerance index. Two poplar clones, Populus yunnanensis and Populus euphratica and Populus euphratica, were selected to study the effects of water stress and Pn under different water temperature and moisture conditions on cosmic wave (I) Hysteresis response in the form of continuous stimulation. Apply harmonic analysis to estimate hysteresis time. The results showed that with the deepening of stress, the relationship between Pn and I gradually changed from linear to non-linear, and the hysteresis time increased from short to long. Temperature and humidity had some influence on this change. The response lag (Δt) and the correlation between Pn and I have some relationship with the drought tolerance of clones. Therefore, the response lag may be an indicator of drought tolerance of poplar clones for clonal screening.
