[目的]探讨经皮内镜下胃造瘘术(PEG)在危重症患者临床应用的方法、效果及营养供给。[方法]对32例危重症患者进行PEG,并观察其效果及并发症、吸入性肺炎、营养状态、血浆白蛋白水平等变化情况。[结果]32例手术均成功,进行PEG的危重症患者机体的营养状况均不同程度改善,且减少了吸入性肺炎的发生,并发症发生率为11.7%。同时,血浆白蛋白水平显著性升高(P<0.05)。[结论]PEG为危重症患者解决了肠内营养供给问题,方法简便,安全易行,患者易于接受,且降低了吸入性肺炎的发生率。
[Objective] To explore the clinical application of percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) in critically ill patients with methods, effects and nutritional supply. [Method] 32 cases of critically ill patients with PEG, and observe the effect and complications, aspiration pneumonia, nutritional status, plasma albumin levels and other changes. [Results] All 32 cases were successfully operated. The nutritional status of critically ill patients with PEG improved to varying degrees, and the incidence of aspiration pneumonia was reduced. The incidence rate of complications was 11.7%. At the same time, plasma albumin levels increased significantly (P <0.05). [Conclusion] PEG can solve the supply of enteral nutrition in critically ill patients. The method is simple, safe and easy to be accepted by patients, and reduces the incidence of aspiration pneumonia.
