陈晓楠:在中国大陆,每个人都有一份自己的档案。档案里记载的是“组织”对一个人成长过程的鉴定和评价。而每个人的档案都按照级别、系统等等储存并保留。对于绝大多数人来说,他们的档案是非常神秘的。由于有着极其严密的人事档案管理制度,人们不可能自由地翻闭自己的档案,而受到严格控制的档案材料也更不可能流散到社会上。然而,就在1998年,一件不可思议的事情发生了。在北京潘家园旧货市场上,一份被装订成册,厚达六卷,几十万字的个人档案奇迹般地出现在了旧书摊上,被当作文物待价而售。档案封面上写着两个字“杜高”,很显然这是一个名叫“杜高”的人的个人档案。
Chen Xiaonan: In mainland China, everyone has their own file. Records in the file is the “organization” on the identification of a person's growth process and evaluation. And each person's files are stored and retained by level, system, etc. For the vast majority of people, their files are very mysterious. Due to the extremely strict personnel records management system, people can not turn their files freely and the strictly controlled archives are less likely to disperse into society. However, just in 1998, an incredible thing happened. In Panjiayuan Flea Market in Beijing, a personal archives book bound as large as six volumes and hundreds of thousands of words miraculously appeared on old bookstores and was sold for sale as cultural relics. The cover of the file reads the word “Du Gao”, apparently this is a personal file called “Du Gao”.
