1 前言能源问题是当今国内外都非常重视的大问题,它是发展国民经济的物质基础。由于能源的短缺,已经影响着国民经济的发展速度。钢铁工业的能源消耗占国民经济的16～17%,烧结工序是钢铁生产的能耗大户,其节能具有重要的意义。近年来,本钢一铁厂两台75m~2烧结机通过技术改造,采用新技术、新工艺使烧结能耗不断降低(见表1)。表1 本钢—铁厂75m~2烧结机能耗
1 Introduction The issue of energy is a major issue now attached to both home and abroad. It is the material basis for the development of the national economy. Due to the shortage of energy, the speed of national economy development has been affected. The energy consumption of the steel industry accounts for 16-17% of the national economy. Sintering processes are major energy consumers in the production of steel, and its energy conservation is of great significance. In recent years, two 75m ~ 2 sintering machines of Bengang Iron Works have adopted technological innovation, adopting new technology and new technology to reduce the energy consumption of sintering (see Table 1).
