铸铁铁屑经锻、冲设备压实后,可代替回炉铁直接投炉熔化浇注成铸件,已在我厂铸工车间试验成功。经初步投产使用证明,效果良好,对解决当前铸铁供不应需起一定作用。一、铁屑冷压成块 1.铁屑准备:用洁净而不混入其他金属屑的铁屑。为了取得较好的代铁效果,不准加入想像会增加铁屑块强度的石灰、卤水等物,否则,将会使铁屑氧化,影响代铁效果。 2.压实操作:铁屑的冷压是在400公斤空气锤上进行的,模具结构如图1。操作时,升起冲头,垫砧送进成型模底,把铁屑装入成型模内(图2)。开锤将铁屑打实后,冲头升起,垫砧拉回原处(图3),落下冲头,被打实的
