目的了解应用半自磨-顽石破碎-球磨(SABC)选矿法的铜钼矿选矿厂工作场所的粉尘情况。方法通过现场职业卫生学调查、职业病危害因素检测和职业健康检查等方法收集数据和资料,并结合职业病防护设施、个人职业病防护水平,对作业人员的粉尘接触水平及职业健康影响进行分析。结果矽尘[呼吸性粉尘(呼尘)]时间加权平均浓度(TWA)为0.18~1.05 mg/m3,超标岗位3个;石灰石粉尘的TWA为1.83 mg/m3;其他粉尘(总粉尘)TWA为1.79 mg/m3。结论该矿采取的综合防尘措施效果良好;重型板式给矿机和1#胶带运输机巡检是粉尘的主要超标岗位,应改善作业环境,加强个人防护。
Objective To understand the dust situation in the workplace of the copper-molybdenum ore concentrator using semi-autogenous grinding-rock breaking-ball milling (SABC) dressing method. Methods Data and data were collected through on-the-spot occupational hygiene investigation, occupational disease hazard testing and occupational health examination. Combining occupational disease prevention facilities and individual occupational disease protection level, the dust exposure and occupational health effects of workers were analyzed. Results The time-weighted average concentration (TWA) of silica dust was 0.18 ~ 1.05 mg / m3 with 3 exceeding the standard; the TWA of limestone dust was 1.83 mg / m3; the TWA of other dusts 1.79 mg / m3. Conclusion The comprehensive dust control measures taken by the mine are effective. The inspection of heavy-duty plate feeder and conveyor belt 1 # is the main over-standard dust post. The working environment should be improved and the personal protection should be strengthened.
