提出了一种用于热轧异型钢材截面尺寸在线检测的光电三维尺寸传感与测量系统。该系统在传统的三角法基础上采用结构光照明与CCD面阵摄象机相结合的方法提取工件的截面轮郭,用高速高分辨率图象采集单元将该轮廓图象转换为压缩记录的图形信息,再输入计算机。计算机在此基础上用有效的除噪技术和最小二乘法进行轮廓尺寸的计算。在实验室内采用工字钢进行的实验表明,在100mm的测量范围内系统的短期稳定性达0.2mm。
A three-dimensional photoelectric sensing and measuring system for the on-line inspection of cross section dimensions of hot-rolled shaped steel was proposed. Based on the traditional trigonometric method, this system uses the combination of structured light illumination and CCD camera to extract the cross-section of the workpiece. The high-speed and high-resolution image acquisition unit converts the contour image into a compressed record Graphic information, then enter the computer. On this basis, the computer uses the effective noise removal technique and least square method to calculate the outline size. Experiments with I-beams in the laboratory show that the short-term system stability is up to 0.2 mm over a 100 mm measuring range.
