为了高倍繁殖山葡萄优质苗木,我们对山葡萄茎尖、无芽茎片、花穗柄、叶柄、叶、卷须等进行了组织培养。通过两年试验,在调整部分营养成分的 MS、B5培养基中诱导出山葡萄茎尖苗、无茅茎片苗、花穗柄苗。叶、叶柄、卷须只诱导出愈伤组织,没有出苗。试验证明,山葡萄管苗由试管到田间必须经过几个过渡,成活率才高。
In order to breed high-quality high-quality seedlings of mountain grapes, we carried out tissue culture on the shoots, buds, buds, petioles, leaves, tendrils and the like of the mountain grape. Through two years of experiment, the grape stem shoots, stemless seedlings and flower buds were induced in MS and B5 medium with some nutritional components. Leaves, petioles, tendrils only induce callus without emergence. Test proved that the grape seedlings from the test tube to the field must go through several transitions, the survival rate was high.
