从刺南蛇藤(CelastrusflagelarisRupr.)种子油中分离到八个β二氢沉香呋喃倍半萜,经红外、紫外、质谱及核磁共振谱确定它们的结构是1α乙酰氧基2α,9β二肉桂酰氧基β二氢沉香呋喃(1),1α,6β,13三乙酰氧基9β苯甲酰氧基β二氢沉香呋喃(2),triptogelinG1(3),1α,6β二乙酰氧基9β苯甲酰氧基β二氢沉香呋喃(4),triptogelinF2(5),1α,2α二乙酰氧基9β肉桂酰氧基β二氢沉香呋喃(6),celaforlinB3(7),1α,6β二乙酰氧基8α肉桂酰氧基9α苯酰氧基β二氢沉香呋喃(8)。其中1是新化合物,命名为celastrineB。
Eight β-dihydroanisole sesquiterpenes were isolated from seed oil of Celastrus flagelaris Rupr. Their structures were determined by infrared, ultraviolet, mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. Their structure was 1αacetoxy2α, 9β. Di-cinnamoyloxy-βdihydroazefuran(1),1α,6β,13-triacetoxy-9β-benzoyloxyβdihydrofurfural(2),triptogelinG1( 3), 1α, 6β-diacetoxy 9β-benzoyloxy-β-dihydroazefuran (4), triptogelinF 2 (5), 1α, 2α-diacetoxy 9β-cinnamoyl Oxo-βdihydrofurfural (6), celaforlinB 3(7), 1α, 6βdiacetoxy 8αcinnamoyloxy9αbenzoyloxyβdihydrofurfural ( 8). One of them is a new compound named celastrineB.
