高职高专院校学生相对于本科院校而言,在素质教育方面和泛文化方面的积累较为缺乏。笔者曾就如何加强高职高专校园文化建设做过调研,发现高职高专院校在开展校园文化中的艺术教育方面还有较为不理想的状况存在,合理有效开展艺术教育的途径还有待拓展,本文主要从以下几个方面论述拓展高职艺术教育途径:一是大力推进素质教育,结合校园实际情况开设合适艺术教育课程;二是开展丰富多彩的校园文化活动,始终贯彻艺术教育精神,促进师生的艺术素养进一步提升;三是全面开发校内艺术专业教师的潜能并结合学生兴趣,开设艺术专题讲座与学术交流活动;四是对艺术专业教师师资队伍的建设要紧跟时代步伐,提供艺术培训、交流机会,提升艺术专业教师的教学水平与科研创新能力,激发教育灵感,提高艺术教育教学水平。
Vocational college students relative to the undergraduate colleges, in the quality of education and pan-cultural accumulation is relatively scarce. The author has done research on how to strengthen the campus culture construction in higher vocational colleges and found that there are still some unsatisfactory conditions in higher vocational colleges and universities to carry out the art education in campus culture. To expand, this article mainly discusses ways to expand art education in higher vocational education from the following aspects: First, to vigorously promote quality education, to create a suitable art education curriculum based on the actual situation; Second, to carry out rich and colorful campus cultural activities, Promote the artistic quality of teachers and students to further enhance; Third, the full development of the potential of art teachers in the school and the interest of students, open thematic lectures and academic exchange activities; Fourth, the construction of teachers of art professional teachers should keep pace with the times to provide Art training and exchange of ideas, enhance the teaching level of art majors and their ability of scientific research and innovation, stimulate their educational inspiration and enhance the teaching level of arts education.
