党的十三届八中全会通过的《关于进一步加强农业和农村工作的决定》,提出了开创农村经济工作新局面的目标和要求。90年代我国农业进入了一个新的历史发展阶段,这个阶段农村经济发展的一个重要任务是为全国人民达到小康水平提出必要的物资保障。县级物资企业生存在广阔的农村,对农村经济的发展有着直接的关系并承担着服务于农村经济发展的责任。县级物资企业必须针对农业发展面临的许多新问题,针对性地提出新的为农业经济发展服务的思路和办法。
The “Decision on Further Strengthening Agricultural and Rural Work” passed by the Eighth Plenary Session of the 13th CPC Central Committee put forward the goals and requirements for creating a new situation in rural economic work. In the 1990s, China’s agriculture has entered a new historical development stage. At this stage, an important task of rural economic development is to put forward necessary material guarantees for the people across the country to reach a well-to-do level. County-level material enterprises survive in a vast rural area, have a direct relationship with the development of rural economy and bear the responsibility of serving the development of rural economy. County-level material companies must address new issues facing agricultural development and specifically propose new ideas and approaches for the development of agricultural economic development.
