本文总结了喀什地区贯彻落实《新疆维吾尔自治区民族团结进步工作条例》(以下简称《条例》)的经验与成效,分析了存在的不足之处并提出了对策建议。要结合本地实际、结合生产生活实践进行《条例》的宣传学习;单独设立民族团结工作机构,解决人员编制和工作经费问题;大力挖掘和表彰民族团结进步模范;打造一批民族团结进步教育基地;挖掘一批以民族团结为题材的文化作品,传播民族团结文化内涵。
This article summarizes the experiences and achievements of Kashgar region in implementing the “Regulations for the Promotion of National Unity and Progress in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region” (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”), analyzes the shortcomings and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions. We should conduct propaganda and study of the “Regulations” in the light of local conditions and in accordance with the practice of production and life. We should establish a separate working body for national unity to solve the problem of staffing and working expenses. We should vigorously tap and recognize exemplary models of national solidarity and progress and create a batch of ethnic education centers for solidarity and progress. We should excavate a batch of cultural works featuring the theme of national unity and spread the cultural connotation of national unity.
