我厂2002年引进的一台海德堡CD102四色胶印机,今年3月在正常生产中出现频繁跳闸情况,经检查发现是空气压缩机气压不足,机器自身保护跳闸;再仔细检查后发现,压缩机的高速转子磨损严重,无法再使用,维修费用需要数万元.我厂设备科决定使用国产空气压缩机来代替,其成本仅为维修费用的二分之一.以下是我们的改造实例,供同行参考.
