《课标》明确指出:“评价的主要目的是为了全面了解学生的数学学习历程,激励学生的学习和改进教师的教学”。在我从事的数学教学中发现,多数学生有学习的潜能,但学习不自信,其中一部分学生对自我没有一个清晰的认识过程,课堂上不主动,另外有少量学生独立思考,发现问题和解决问题能力差,现如今学生评价目标比较单一,评价的方法还不够丰富,关注评价过程不够,关注情况态度和价值观不够,这样的评价结果对学生的学习并不能真正产生多大的效力,发挥其应有的作用,鉴于以上原因,评价改革刻不容缓势在必行,下面就小学数学多元化评价之评价手段多样化的实施谈几点个人体会:
