目的探讨注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)患儿服用利他林前后事件相关电位(ERP)的变化,为诊断和治疗提供帮助。方法2004年1~12月将60例ADHD患儿随机分为两组,实验组服用利他林,对照组服用安慰剂,用肌电-诱发电位仪测定治疗前后听觉ERP各波尤其P300波潜伏期和波幅的情况,根据ERP中P300波潜伏期和波幅的情况来反映MPH的疗效。结果ADHD患儿服用利他林前后ERP中P300波潜伏期缩短,有统计学意义(P<0.05);用药前后N1、N2、P2波无显著性变化。结论ERP中P300波的检测可用于诊断ADHD和判断其疗效。
Objective To investigate the changes of event related potentials (ERP) in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) before and after taking Ritalin, and to provide help for the diagnosis and treatment. Methods From January to December 2004, 60 ADHD children were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group was given Ritalin. The control group was given placebo. The auditory ERP before and after treatment was measured by EMG-EEP. The amplitude of the situation, according to ERP P300 wave latency and amplitude of the situation to reflect the efficacy of MPH. Results The latent period of P300 wave in ERP patients before and after treatment of ADHD was shortened, with statistical significance (P <0.05). There was no significant change of N1, N2 and P2 before and after treatment. Conclusion The detection of P300 wave in ERP can be used to diagnose ADHD and judge its curative effect.
