结合国家电网公司对生产性技改大修专业精益化管理提升的要求,为进一步提升东丽公司技改大修项目计划管理水平,增强计划管理穿透力,全面完成年度建设指标,如何将技改大修计划管理贯穿于工程各个环节之中成为首要任务。本文从储备立项、过程实施和计划预算调整、项目后评价四个环节谈一下如何将计划管理贯穿于整个工程项目管理以及结合目前形势,如何加强计划管理以达到保证工程质量、缩短工期、提高投资效益的目的,为工程项目管理服务。
