提出了一种运用Zigbee协议栈(Z-Stack)结合工业组态软件(MCGS),设计空气质量在线监测教学实训系统的方法。该系统以CC2530作为下位机,利用大气颗粒物(PM2.5,PM10)传感器SDS011和温湿度传感器DHT11组成分布式检测节点采集部分空气质量指标。利用Zigbee的自组无线传感网络,实现数据在上位机协调器和下位机分布节点之间的无线传输。在上位机运用工业级组态软件MCGS为检测节点开发了驱动,并贴合环境监测的标准进行数据处理,最后实现了局部区域内空气环境质量的多点分布式实时在线监测。该实训系统集成了Zigbee和MCGS工业组态软件的优势,具有开发周期短、可扩展性强、稳定性高的特点。系统已在校园环境内进行监测实训,效果良好。
A ZigBee stack and industrial configuration software (MCGS) are proposed to design a method of air quality online monitoring teaching practice system. The system takes CC2530 as a lower computer and uses airborne particle (PM2.5, PM10) sensor SDS011 and temperature and humidity sensor DHT11 to form distributed detection nodes to collect some air quality indexes. The use of Zigbee’s self-organizing wireless sensor network to achieve data transmission in the host computer coordinator and the lower computer nodes between the wireless transmission. On the host computer, the industrial grade configuration software MCGS was used to develop the driver for the test node, which was fit for the data processing of the environmental monitoring standards. Finally, the multi-point distributed real-time on-line monitoring of air environment quality in the local area was realized. The training system integrates the advantages of Zigbee and MCGS industrial configuration software, with a short development cycle, scalability, and high stability. The system has been monitoring and training in the campus environment, the effect is good.
