目的:观察脑循环系统治疗仪配合功能训练在脑瘫患儿康复中的疗效。方法:治疗组55例采用脑循环系统治疗仪治疗加康复治疗,对照组55例采用常规康复治疗,总疗程为0.5 a。采用粗大运动功能测试量表(GMFM)在治疗前后进行评分。结果:治疗组有效率为98.1%,对照组有效率81.8%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。GMFM评分显示治疗组治疗后明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脑循环系统治疗仪配合功能训练能明显提高偏瘫患儿的肢体运动发育能力。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effects of brain circulation system therapeutic apparatus combined with functional training in the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy. Methods: 55 cases in the treatment group were treated with the cerebral circulation system therapeutic apparatus plus rehabilitation treatment, while 55 cases in the control group were treated with conventional rehabilitation treatment, the total course of treatment was 0.5 a. Scoring was performed before and after treatment with the Gross Motor Function Test Scale (GMFM). Results: The effective rate was 98.1% in the treatment group and 81.8% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The GMFM score showed that the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group after treatment (P <0.05). Conclusion: Cerebral circulation system therapeutic apparatus with functional training can significantly improve limb motor development in children with hemiplegia.
