为研究夹层材料对“三明治”复合装甲抗弹性能的影响,采用数值模拟的方法,利用非线性显式动力学分析软件LS-DYNA中的Lagrange算法对圆柱形杆状弹丸侵彻不同夹层材料的复合装甲板进行三维数值仿真。结果表明:夹层材料可大大降低同体积装甲板的质量,同时大幅度提高复合装甲的抗弹性能;在设计的9组靶板组合中,钛合金材料夹层复合装甲显示出优越的抗弹性能。
In order to study the effect of sandwich material on the anti-ballistic performance of sandwich, the numerical simulation method and the Lagrange algorithm in LS-DYNA, a nonlinear explicit dynamic analysis software, Material composite armored board for three-dimensional numerical simulation. The results show that the sandwich material can greatly reduce the mass of the same volume armor plate and greatly improve the anti-ballistic performance of the composite armor. The titanium alloy material sandwich composite armor shows excellent anti-ballistic performance among the 9 target plate combinations.
