近日,有关CIO的峰会、论坛不断出现,“关注CIO,培养CIO,健全CIO机制,使CIO走向职业化”的呼声此起彼伏。据悉,政府有关部门也正在商讨建立CIO机制。“CIO热”成为继各种技术热之后的又又一个热门话题。广大企业信息主管如何看待CIO热?他们实际的生存状态如何?CIO机制的意义有多大?如何建立CIO机制?为此,我们跟踪采访了光大银行、联想集团、宝钢集团、美菱电器、中国石化、中国华融资产管理总公司、国家开发银行等20位企业的信息主管和中国信息协会、国务院信息化办公室等有关领导和专家。
