香港医院管理局（ＨＡ）成立之初就非常注重医院在公众中的形象。为了取得政府的支持和公众的广泛认同，专门成立了公共事务部，该部与有关部门携手合作形成合力，在不长时间内大大改善了公立医院的形象，受到社会公众的称赞和政府的支持。他们的经验和做法，归纳为以下几点。?
At the very beginning of its establishment, the Hong Kong Hospital Authority (HA) paid great attention to the image of the hospital in the public.
