我站于1998年4月,安装投用了无锡昌华煤气机械厂生产的YS-4B型液化石油气钢瓶水压测试机(以下简称“试压机”)。该机在密闭情况下采用四工位灌水、水压试验、气压排水一次完成。但容积检验工艺在该机上无法完成。我站开始时在试压机外进行空瓶称重、灌水、重瓶称重后计算其容积,尔后把充满水的钢瓶移至试压机链板上,利用传送带进行定位、试压。由于每次定位都是在重瓶下人工来回搬动,劳动强度大。同时瓶体浮有水渍,试压中不易观察,易产生漏检。

I stand at the beginning of the test machine outside the empty bottle weighing, irrigation, heavy bottle weighing after the calculation of its volume, and then filled with water to the pressure test cylinder chain board, the use of conveyor belt positioning, pressure test. As each positioning is moving back and forth under the heavy bottle, labor-intensive. At the same time the bottle floating water stains, pressure test is not easy to observe, easy to produce missed inspection.
