由于现有非专业性的科学教育教师队伍不能充分发挥科学教育在培养学生的创造性人才素质方面所具有的独特优势,不能满足中小学科学课程改革所带来的新要求,也不能从容面对科学教育信息化大趋势所带来的诸多方面的挑战,因而中小学科学教育的教师“瓶颈”现象凸现。舒张“瓶颈”的权宜之计就是培训在职科学课教师,而消除“瓶颈”的长久之策则是创办科技教育专业,并在创造教育能力等八个方面进行重点培养。
Because the existing non-professional teachers of science education can not give full play to the unique advantages that science education has in cultivating the quality of creative talents of students, it can not meet the new requirements brought by the reform of primary and secondary science curriculum, nor can it calmly face science Education and information technology brought about by many major challenges in the general trend, so science and education teachers in primary and secondary “bottleneck” phenomenon highlights. The only expedient to relieve the “bottleneck” is to train teachers in service science classes. The long-term solution to eliminate “bottlenecks” is to establish a science and technology education major and train key personnel in eight areas such as creating education capacity.
