目的:测定砂仁中樟脑在沸水后下煎药法中煎出量及变化规律。方法:采用毛细管气相色谱法,色谱柱为DB-225(0.25mm×30mm,0.25μm),柱温:程序升温,初始温度90℃,保持4分钟,以5℃/min的速率升温至140℃,再以20℃/min的速率升温至220℃,保持1分钟。氢火焰离子化检测器(FID),载气:N2,气压:0.5kPa,进样口温度:200℃,检测器温度:250℃。结果:樟脑的回归方程为:y=6509.9x+65.5,r=0.9992;线性范围:0.21~1.25μg。结论:砂仁在沸水后下煎药法中,其樟脑在汤药中的含量在煎煮30秒时达高峰。
Objective: To determine the amount and variation of camphor in Amomum villosum after under boiling water. Methods: The column was DB-225 (0.25mm × 30mm, 0.25μm) by capillary gas chromatography.
