茶,无可争议的,是一种解渴的滋味美好的饮料。自古以来,茶在中国的意义,总还是比这多些,在古典时代,就已经有很发达的茶文化了。即使在今天,人们还主张茶是艺术的一部分,称之为茶道。在当代的中国,可觉察到专心致力于古典中国茶文化的现象。大家应记得,2008年的第十届国际茶文化研讨会暨浙江湖州(长兴)首届陆羽茶文化节,唐代的茶文化是为主题。这种专心致力于古典茶文化的现象,是作者写这篇文章“对古典中国茶文化的可能复兴的一些想法”的理由。
Tea, undisputedly, is a good drink for quenching thirst. Since ancient times, the significance of tea in China has always been more than this. In the classical era, there was a very developed tea culture. Even today, people also claim that tea is part of art, called tea ceremony. In contemporary China, we can observe the devotion to the phenomenon of classical Chinese tea culture. It should be remembered that the Tenth International Tea Culture Symposium in 2008 and the first Luyu Tea Culture Festival in Huzhou, Zhejiang (Changxing), the tea culture in the Tang Dynasty are the main themes. This dedication to the phenomenon of classical tea culture is the reason why the author wrote this article, “Some Thoughts on the Possible Renaissance of Classical Chinese Tea Culture.”
