随着城市经济不断发展,建筑规模也随之扩大,在缓解城市住房压力等方面发挥着积极作用,但是,建筑行业发展过程中,对环境污染及能源消耗较为严重,为了实现建筑可持续发展,深基坑施工技术应运而生,将其引入到建筑工程施工过程中,不仅能够增强建筑稳定性,还能够提高建筑工程质量。本文将从深基坑重要性入手,对房建施工中深基坑施工技术应用存在的问题进行分析,并提出解决措施,旨在为我国建筑企业进一步发展提供指导和参考。
With the continuous development of urban economy, the scale of construction also expands, playing an active role in alleviating the pressure on urban housing. However, in the course of the development of the construction industry, the environmental pollution and energy consumption are more serious. In order to achieve sustainable development of buildings, Deep foundation pit construction technology came into being, its introduction into the construction process, not only can enhance the stability of the building, but also can improve the quality of construction. Based on the importance of deep foundation pit, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the application of deep foundation pit construction technology in the construction of houses, and puts forward the measures to solve the problems. The purpose is to provide guidance and references for the further development of construction enterprises in our country.
