对1980～1989年间为47例筛窦和/或蝶窦粘液囊肿作了手术。37例为术后粘液囊肿,10例为原发性粘液囊肿。男性33例,女性14例,术后粘液囊肿中男性(30)比女性(7)更为多见。46例病人(既往手术1次以上的1例除外)年龄为20～69岁,平均46.2岁,术后粘液囊肿平均年龄为44.4岁,原发性粘液囊肿为52.4岁。36例术后粘液囊肿(1例多次手术除外)在首次鼻手术时平均为21.7岁,以15～19岁居多,大多数病人在25岁前首次鼻手术,26例(72.2%)在青少年时首次鼻手术,说明年轻时鼻手术是粘液囊肿发生的因素之一。33例(91.7%)
Forty-seven ethmoid sinus and / or sphenoid sinus cysts were operated during 1980-1989. 37 cases of postoperative mucus cysts, 10 cases of primary mucinous cysts. There were 33 males and 14 females, and males (30) were more common than females (7) in postoperative mucinous cysts. 46 patients (except for one case of previous surgery more than one case) were 20 to 69 years old with an average of 46.2 years old, the average age of postoperative mucus cyst was 44.4 years, primary mucous cyst was 52.4 years old.
